Now if only I could download my pictures- *SIGH*.
It was a whirlwind show (as it always is), but it is so much fun to catch up with people you only see twice a year- the Maya Road girls (and boys), Teresa Collins, Kelly, Greg & Rachel from Basic Grey, Heidi and Terri from Heidi Grace, and so many more. I only wish there were more time!!!!! This show is one day shorter than winter, so there is a lot more to cram in, and it tends to be very seasonally focused--- I would say about 50-60% of booths ONLY released seasonal lines. So that makes it more challenging to find non-themed releases. But I am excited about what is coming. Off the top of my head....
Basic Grey-- always one of my very favorites. Ambrosia, Urban Prairie, and Granola are amazing-- all the things I love about BG!!!! And as I am starting to play with Eva and Offbeat, I really see how versatile and easy to use they are. (Yes, I said play, we got SAMPLES--- thank you Greg & Rachel!!!!!) And did I mention that we have the very FIRST ship number?!?!?!? Whoo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Melissa Frances - new holiday papers (pastels this year), red, white, &blue paper line, and additions to the thankful line, and the cutest little holiday houses! AND, the very best news...
LAURA WON THE BRA CONTEST!!!!!!!! Mom got there first and Laura & I heard her WHOO-Hoo from 4 rows over, LOL. But Laura did the most amazing job on this project, with so much heart and meaning put into it, even Melissa was teary eyed talking about the story. They will have professional photos taken of her winning entry, so I think we maybe seeing this bra appear in other places..... CONGRATS Laura!!!
Oh-- and on a side note, the lucky Miss Laura was also accosted by the Making Memories folks (I was scared, I dodged out of the way!!!) and WON A SLICE!!!!!! And a HUGE rolling tote filled with goodies to tide her over until her Slice ships in October. She's talented, she's lucky, now if we can just work on that SASSY part, LOL!! ;)
OK, back to reports...
Making Memories - - beautiful embossed leather ring albums, more Slice accessories, awesome Halloween and Christmas lines....
Graphic 45 - two new lines in the store (we were the first store in the country to ship, yeah!!!), and half of it is already gone (in two days!!!)-- but it is reordered and on it's way!! Can you say HOT?!?!?!?
Jenni Bowlin - The Victoria line is gorgeous, and I know we ordered deep on the crepe paper ribbon, but I know it is going to FLY OFF THE SHELVES. Fly. So cool.
Maya Road - The girls have done it again. There are too many products to mention, but the wing album is GORGEOUS, the acrylics are a nice heavy weight and beautifully done, the new flowers are lovely, we will have a ton of fun playing with the Maya Mist, and the CUPCAKES-- so much delicious cupcake goodness for everyone!!!! And I have only mentioned about 5% of the line!!! AND we were able to buy their sheer tickets in bulk--- how much fun is that?!?!?
I know there is tons more, but the beebs is up..... hopefully I can get my photos off this darn memory stick.....
